Compliance Fundamentals - IQP Practicing Certificate Level 1
Our compliance fundamentals professional development modules are designed for individual self-study and are formatted to follow a structed approach to recommended prescribed compliance topics. These online units cover key areas of the NZ Building Act , NZ Building Regulations, Building Code, and the Compliance Schedule Handbook, you will also study, and review recommended best practise guides in relation to the fundamentals of the Building Warrant of Fitness and Compliance Schedule process for IQPs, Council Officers and Owners Agents.
The course is made up of 5 core modules as shown below. The completion of each unit includes a scored knowledge assessment and provides information on recommended links/locations of technical resources and information to support the compliance process.
Unit CF101: NZ Building Act 2004
Unit CF102: NZ Building Code
Unit CF103: NZ Regulations, Specified Systems and Forms
Unit CF104: Compliance Schedule Handbook and Best Practice Guidelines
Unit CF105: On – Line Resources and Technical Information
This complete course is $300+GST for members and $450+GST for non-members.
